As a Black Woman, I think it is crucial to have a compassionate self-care and well-being practice. I believe a practice rooted in deep self-inquiry and grounded in love is essential. It is from this place that healing can occur and thriving is possible.
I will not have my life narrowed down. I will not bow down to somebody else’s whim or to someone else’s ignorance.
