A. H. Almaas is the pen name of Kuwaiti American author and spiritual teacher Hameed Ali. As the spiritual head of the Ridhwan School, Almaas developed the Diamond Approach, which is a means of spiritual development informed by modern psychological and therapeutic techniques. He has been described as an Integral Theorist and a perennial philosopher.
