Colleen Saidman Yee is an American yoga instructor and author known for her body-awareness teaching and workshops, yoga as therapy for well-being and insight, and interest in women’s health. She cofounded the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program with her husband, Rodney Yee, and Donna Karan.
