Asprey found success as a Silicon Valley executive and developed Bulletproof 360 Inc in 2013 after introducing Bulletproof coffee. Asprey’s work focuses on “aging backward” with a regimen of brain health exercises, better sleep, a high-fat diet, and mindfulness practices.
