Deb Dana, LCSW, is an American psychologist, consultant, and lecturer focused on helping clients heal from complex trauma through using the polyvagal theory, which helps the autonomic nervous system reach stability through a series of phases. Dana created the Rhythm of Regulation clinical training series in order to support other professionals using polyvagal theory.
