Elaine Aron, PhD, is an American psychologist and author who focuses on the psychology of sensitivity and love, the latter in collaboration with her husband, Arthur Aron, PhD. She developed a framework for understanding sensory processing sensitivity and the “highly sensitive person,” or HSP.
Elaine Aron follows up her bestsellers on the highly sensitive person with a groundbreaking new book on the undervalued self. She explains that self-esteem results from having a healthy balance of love and power in our lives.

In this podcast Dr. Elaine shares some great tips and techniques for those who identify as highly sensitive, tips for highly sensitive parents, what NOT to say to someone who is highly sensitive, the benefits of being highly sensitive, and so much more!
