Larry Ward



Larry Ward, PhD, is an American author, psychologist, speaker, social activist, and yogi known for his incorporation of Zen Buddhist teachings and his perspective on the Black American experience. He is the cofounder with his wife, Peggy Rowe Ward, of The Lotus Institute, which brings mindfulness and Buddhist practices to activists in order to aid in their journeys and collective healing.
