Moshé Feldenkrais



Moshé Pinchas Feldenkrais, D.Sc., (1904–1984) was a Ukrainian Israeli engineer, physicist, and martial artist, as well as the founder and teacher of the Feldenkrais Method, a system of physical exercise that increases self-awareness through movement. The Feldenkrais theory holds that “thought, feeling, perception and movement are closely interrelated and influence each other.”
