Pema Khandro is a teacher, scholar, and holder of the Nyingma and Kagyu lineages of Tibetan Buddhism. She is the founder of Ngakpa International, a nonprofit organization of Buddhist Yogis which governs the three projects of Buddhist Studies Institute, Yogic Medicine Institute, and Dakini Mountain.
