Queen Afua is an America-born holistic health practitioner, yoga teacher, wellness coach, author, and lay midwife. She is devoted to helping people, particularly women, understand how the power of self-care and holistic health choices can help them avoid disease and illness. She is an initiate of the Shrine of Ptah, Chief Priestess of Purification in the temple of Nebt-Het (an ancient Afrakan Order), and the founder and spiritual guide of Global Sacred Woman Village.
