Sarah Powers is an American yoga teacher and creator of Insight Yoga, a practice that combines transpersonal psychology, Eastern philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Yin Yoga. She was also involved in the creation of Yin Yoga, a slower yoga-as-exercise style.
