Stephan Bodian



Stephan Bodian is an internationally known American spiritual teacher and licensed psychotherapist. He is known for his teachings on non-duality, spiritual awakening, meditation, mindfulness, and the integration of Eastern wisdom and Western psychology. Stephan spent a decade practicing Zen meditation as a monk but left to begin a path of personal development, which led him to study psychology at Columbia University and Stanford. He leads retreats, offers counseling, and is the author of the well-known book Meditation For Dummies.
