William J. Barber II, MDiv, DMin, is an American minister, author, and speaker. His social activism has included leading Moral Mondays protests, founding Repairers of the Breach, cofounding the Poor People’s Campaign, serving as a member of the national board of the NAACP, and serving as president of the North Carolina chapter of the NAACP.
