Wim Hof



Wim Hof is a Dutch extreme athlete and meditation and breathwork coach who created the Wim Hof Method for physical endurance under extreme cold conditions. His training programs include subjecting the body to these low temperatures paired with breathwork to promote the body and mind’s overall health.
