Yael Shy



Yael Shy is an American author and CEO of Mindfulness Consulting, where she teaches about mindfulness and meditation tools. She is the founder of MindfulNYU, one of the largest campus-wide mindfulness initiatives in the US. She has practiced in Zen, the Soto Zen world, and Jewish mindfulness.
