Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) videos

Below are the best videos we could find on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental health condition in which a person of any age or background finds themselves in a cycle of obsessive thoughts and/or compulsive behaviors. Obsessions are recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or urges that trigger distressing feelings. Compulsions are repetitive behaviors that a person then feels driven to do, usually to try to resolve an obsessive cycle. While the severity of these thoughts and behaviors may vary, they can significantly interfere with a person’s daily activities and interactions. Most studied treatment options for OCD work to reduce or mitigate symptoms; the most prominent and widely effective treatment has been cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
