Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine in which one or more very fine needles are inserted into the skin and underlying tissue, targeting specific points on the body to aid qi flow throughout. Acupuncture is often used for pain relief, but this is far from its only benefit. It has traditionally been used in the treatment of disease and in mitigating the effects from particularly challenging Western medical protocols (such as chemotherapy), as well as for overall wellness and stress management.
