Aromatherapy



Aromatherapy is the therapeutic practice of using essential oils to promote physical and emotional healing and improve feelings of well-being. Essential oils can be diffused through the air, massaged into the skin, or worn in accessories, and they have traditionally been used as a complementary therapy for such physical challenges as headaches, nausea, insomnia, and anxiety.
