Brainspotting videos

Below are the best videos we could find on Brainspotting.

Brainspotting is a specialized therapy technique similar to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) in which a patient accesses, processes, and overcomes trauma, blockages, and pain by slowly moving their eyes around their visual field. While EMDR relies on eye movement to stimulate bilateral brain activity, brainspotting uses eye focus to unlock insight around traumas or distressing emotions. By guiding a client’s visual focus across and around their field of vision, a therapist can help their client pinpoint the “spot” at which the pain is most prominent and they can then work together to process the emotions from that physical spot.
