Compassion Meditation



Compassion meditation, or tonglen, is a practice rooted in the deep desire to end the suffering for others combined with a deep sympathy for those individuals. Also known as Karuna meditation, this Buddhist-based practice guides us to dissolve our self-centeredness and grow in compassion.
