Doubt



Sometimes we may encounter a moment where something we assumed to be fundamentally true about the world, ourselves, or even the Divine is suddenly cast into doubt. Depending on how much of our worldview or identity we have based around this assumption of truth, we can be anything from perturbed to shaken to our core. Although it can be terrifying, doubt can be a gift that guides us on our journey to truth and authenticity if we can hold the courageous space to answer the question, “What if this new possibility is true?”
