Drug Addiction

According to a worldwide study in 2019, 35 million people suffer from some sort of drug use disorder, and only 1 in 7 receive treatment for it. Drug addiction is characterized by the compulsive need to consume an addictive substance despite the negative consequences of its use, and it has destroyed countless families, relationships, and careers in its wake. Whether the drug of choice is heroin, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, or other substances, those of us who grapple with addiction face great difficulties in our struggle for sobriety.

If you or someone you know is in immediate need of support, please seek professional help. If you are in crisis, here are some immediate free resources.
