Drum Therapy

Originating in ancient traditions, drum therapy uses rhythmic drumming to promote self-expression and mental, physical, and spiritual healing. The therapy can reduce anxiety and stress, release emotional blockages, promote deeper self-awareness, and enhance a sense of awareness of and connection to others. It can also boost the immune system, help relieve chronic pain and positively affect memory loss, increase access to the entire brain, and induce altered states of consciousness.
