Family Therapy



Family therapy (or family counseling) is a form of evidence-based talk therapy where a trained practitioner helps family units express, understand, and work through points of friction within close or intimate relationships. Many concepts developed by family therapists have also been used to benefit individuals working within larger organizations and communities.
