Inner Strengths

Inner strengths are those mental and emotional qualities we can foster within ourselves to help us perform efficiently under pressure and physical stress. “Inner strength” is often used to describe qualities of resilience, grit, and integrity, but it can also be used to describe emotional talents that we are naturally attuned to, such as a person who is exceptionally patient, compassionate, or easygoing. Like all forms of strength, inner strengths can be practiced and built up through dedicated practice.
