Integrity is the marriage of authenticity and responsibility. It is associated with having a strong sense of personal values and sticking to those values no matter the circumstances or consequences. Integrity takes a strong discipline of courage and honest self-reflection, and even though it can lead to lost opportunities or tense relationships when your values differ from those around you, it ultimately leads to trustworthiness, self-respect, and inner peace.
