Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a practice that trains the mind to be aware of the present moment—to gain the ability to observe, feel, and be aware of the body and the mind as it is now, without judgment. Mindfulness meditation allows us to find a steadiness in the turbulent traffic of thoughts by using a touchstone—a focus on the breath—to redirect attention and keep us attuned to the present.
