Physical Health

Our physical health not only involves our bones, muscles, and organs, but all the processes with which they operate and are influenced, such as our sleep, diet, and air quality. There is an incredible amount of debate as to what constitutes a “healthy” body, and the best ways to achieve that standard. It can be overwhelming to try and wade through all of the information and philosophies out there, but it helps to remember that whatever decisions we make, our physical health is interdependent with our emotional, psychological, and spiritual health, and only when we are in balance with all aspects of ourselves can our bodies thrive.
