Productivity articles

Below are the best articles we could find on Productivity.

Productivity is the way we describe how much work is getting done, whether measured through quantity, quality, efficiency, or effectiveness. While some look at productivity through the lens of results, a more effective way to look at it can be through analyzing what factors can influence any individual or team to perform at their best most consistently. Figuring out exactly what mental and physical aspects of your attitude, environment, and circumstances contribute to your best work can be a beneficial avenue of self-exploration. However, centering any aspect of self-worth on our productivity can backfire. Setting expectations for ourselves that ignore the fact that we are human beings, not human doings, and that our productivity will naturally fluctuate due to innumerable factors, will set us up for unavoidable failure.
