Reproductive health refers to the overall well-being of human reproductive life and includes the health of reproductive organs as well as fertility, contraception, pregnancy, abortion, and family planning. While reproduction has frequently been talked about as a women’s issue, every person—regardless of sex, gender, or sexuality—has reproductive health concerns and deserves access to information and respectful, responsive professional care.
