Rest also provides room for reflection and the quiet review of one’s life activities and patterns. Achieving true rest can be difficult in a world driven by distraction—many sources recommend going offline for the majority of our rest time—but it is worth embracing stillness and quiet in order to have more energy to fulfill our desires and responsibilities.
