Rosen Method

The Rosen Method is a somatic approach to healing physical and emotional tension. It involves gentle, direct touch by a trained professional and focuses on chronic muscle tension. As the body relaxes and the breath deepens, memories and feelings often emerge. This enables clients to become aware of what they are holding in the body and provides a safe space as well as an avenue for release. The process was developed by Marion Rosen, a Germany-born American physiotherapist.
