Slumps podcasts

Below are the best podcasts we could find on Slumps.

When we dedicate ourselves to building up a certain skillset, we often expect our abilities to make steady progress—or at least hold fast to whatever baseline we’ve worked hard to achieve. But more often than not, we may experience sudden or unexpected periods when we suddenly can no longer perform or produce at our previous level. Things no longer “click” the way we feel they should. Our bodies may feel out of joint, or our mind-body connection may no longer feel intuitive. We may suffer from a loss of focus, inspiration, or energy, which can lead to feelings of fear, stress, and overwhelm as we struggle to regain our previous state of flow. But just as it’s normal for everyone to experience a slump, it’s equally normal to find our way out again.
