Sound Bath Meditation

Sound bath meditation is the practice of combining specific frequencies with a meditative state. These sounds often come from singing bowls, the voice, gongs, flutes, chimes, or light drums, among other wind and percussion instruments. The intent is to resonate specific parts of the body with these frequencies, enabling the client to release any emotional or energy blockages, to increase the connection between mind and body, and to enable increased presence in the moment.
