Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique

The tapping or Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a hands-on energy healing method for finding relief from anxiety or even post-traumatic stress. By applying pressure with fingertips to the body’s acupressure points—as mapped in Traditional Chinese Medicine—one can disrupt the energy that causes negative emotion or pain. The technique is twofold, requiring both physical movement and a focused look inward for self-acceptance.
