Walking Meditation



Walking meditation is a Buddhist practice that involves taking slow, mindful steps in conjunction with the breath. Traditionally, hands are placed with the right hand in a fist surrounded by the open left hand, and the path walked should be clockwise around your space. However, the meditation can take many forms and be practiced anywhere one is able to walk for a duration.
