Art is becoming increasingly recognized for its therapeutic effects on our mental health. It is a technique that is helpful for people of all ages and is known to help improve the symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. Art Therapy for Anxiety and Depression was designed to help you explore emotions and create a calm and mindful practice. Allowing you to become more open and aware of what is causing your anxiety and help you find ways to calm it. Our minds are busy all day, not even young children are immune to the internal dialogue that takes place and can lead to feelings of anxiety and depression if not watched mindfully. Art Therapy gives the person working through the book an outlet and a safe place to explore. This book is filled with art prompts to help you explore your creative side as well as coloring pages to promote mindfulness. Each page designed to help you calm your fears and emotions.This book was created to provide an artistic outlet to those that suffer from anxiety and/or depression. The creator of this book is a long time warrior of anxiety and depression and has used these techniques in her process of finding peace and healing. A note for you:It is my hope that you will find peace and healing while working through this book. Not only while you are completing the exercises but also in your everyday life.
