No matter how simplified or complicated life gets, it can make us miserable or it can wake us up.

As Buddhist teaching says, suffering has the potential to deepen our compassion and understanding of the human condition. And in so doing, it can lead us to even greater faith, joy and well-being.
One of the most important capacities we can access during this time of so much uncertainty is the ability to be comfortable in the unknown.
