Crystal Singing Bowls: How to Play Them and Why They Are So Powerful

In this video I'll be talking about Singing Quartz Crystal Bowls, how to play them, how to use them and why they are so powerful. This is important because of how effectively quartz crystal works with human thought and intention, making them powerful tools to support healing and personal growth. If you are called to work with quartz singing bowls, it is essential that you do so with complete clarity of your thought, intention and emotional state. The quartz will amplify whatever is there, negative or positive, throughout your being and into the environment. One of the reasons that crystal singing bowls are such transformational tools to work with is that you are called to work intentionally and consciously. A few ways to work with singing quartz crystal bowls are: meditation; stress relief; chakra balance; creating an altered state; personal transformation and growth; stimulating the natural healing ability of the body.
