We are living with incredible layers of uncertainty. During this session we will explore the ways our bodies have been holding it together for ourselves, our clients, our communities, and our planet. Through breath and somatic inquiry we will practice resourcing ourselves, not only survive this uncertainty, but to connect to our resilience in the midst of it.
