What IS energy medicine?
Energy Medicine (EM) is the oldest healing paradigm and has been around since the dawn of time. For millennia, Energy Medicine was the only medicine there was, and people understood and accessed their own inherent healing ability, primarily through the electromagnetism of the body, which means moving energy with the hands - such techniques that are still used today. Utilizing the subtle energy body - the chakras, aura, and energy pathways (meridians and radiant circuits) - energy can be moved and aligned. Pain in the body is blocked energy, and pain is one of the many ways your body gives you information about its status.
