All you need is love. Surveys show that most people consider romantic love to be their primary source of happiness. Barbara Lee Fredrickson, a psychology professor at the University of North Carolina, suggests that love is best defined in terms of small moments of shared positivity. This everyday love, she says, should be the kind of love that defines day-to-day life and day-to-day joy.
