Many of us are experiencing an awakening as we realize to whom we have given a fair amount of authority over our collective lives. Our global narrative has been amplified with some surreal impending atrocities, whether it is by a storm of nature or a storm of conscious or unconscious thinking.

Just as cancer affects your physical health, it can bring up a wide range of feelings you’re not used to dealing with. It can also make existing feelings seem more intense. They may change daily, hourly, or even minute to minute.
Let’s take a look some negative emotions, why they aren’t so negative after all and how to embrace them to live a more fulfilled life.
Sometimes, when things don’t go according to plan, we lose faith, not only in ourselves, but also in any potential outcome in our lives. Failure will do that to you.
Anxiety, conflict, self-doubt, disconnection, lack of purpose or fulfillment—if we’re honest with ourselves, for many of us, these are common experiences.
In low seasons, while you sit in the waiting room of life, patience is a superpower. But by adopting these seven mindsets, you can run circles around life’s challenges.
