If you think about it, our children must be separated from us for eight to 12 hours while they sleep. Mornings are a great opportunity to reconnect with your child after all of those hours of separation.

Today’s kids are the smartest and most driven on record. But many of them are also the loneliest, most stressed, most risk averse and most depressed.
I encourage you . . . to listen to phrases and words that seem to strike a chord in you. Try and bring more awareness and listen to the words that come out of your mouth. Notice if the words and phrases you use come from a true place of blessing within.
