Sherin Khankan



Sherin Khankan (born Ann Christine Khankan) is a Danish imam, author, and founder of the Mariam Mosque, a women-led mosque in Copenhagen. She is also an activist on Muslim issues including female integration and extremism. She has also founded the nonprofit Exitcircle to support women enduring psychological abuse.
