Microdosing

Microdosing is the consumption of very low doses of psychedelic substances on a regular basis for overall wellness. The theory is that the doses of psychedelics are too low to produce a typical whole-body psychedelic trip or altered state of consciousness, but high enough to increase energy, awaken creativity, alleviate depression, and situate a feeling of well-being within the user. Studies are inconclusive but ongoing.
