Most orient their spiritual life to pursuing a more enlightened version of themselves, focusing on ideas and practices that help them find meaning, connection, purpose, and ultimate truths in our human existence. A healthy spiritual life encourages us to explore and adopt our own unique frameworks that can provide comfort and growth, meaningful challenge, and inner peace.
