Satish Kumar is an Indian British environmental activist, Jain monk, pacifist, and nuclear disarmament activist. He is most well known for his peace walk with E. P. Menon in 1973–1974 of 8,000 miles, which included the capitals of the world’s earliest nuclear-armed countries.
