Below are the best books we could find on Body Positivity.

Originally created by individuals society has deemed “overweight” (itself an arbitrary concept), the movement has expanded significantly. It now advocates for celebration and acceptance of all bodies, regardless of shape, size, ethnicity, gender, color, age, or disability. The movement’s goal is to shift society’s focus from appearance to health and encouraging nutrient-dense food, exercise, self-care, self-love, being true to oneself, comfortable clothing, inner beauty, and habits to lift spirits. Some have started to call it the Body Responsibility movement.
