Intention



Intention is what we hold when we have a goal in mind for our actions and bring awareness into each step we undertake, making sure every movement is aligned to that goal. It’s frequently discussed with mindfulness as a way to perform everything we do with purpose, fully conscious of every choice we make. Fostering intention can help us change our habits, manage our time more effectively, and spend our energy in more fulfilling ways.
